Snow!!

So, I wake up this morning, look out the window and what do I see....snow everywhere!! It is so pretty! Made me want to crawl right back in bed and go to sleep, but I didn't. I have only missed one day of school this year...pretty good, I think.
I don't have a lot of excitement in my life right now, mostly just school and work and house hunting. Although I do still love the one I found, I am just waiting to hear from the bank. When that happens, I will be trying to buy it.
Well, I kind of fell off the South Beach wagon, so today I have jumped back on and am starting back with phase one. This weekend was really bad for me food wise. Friday night, we went out to eat, Saturday's lunch at the conference was pretty crappy and very carbohydratey and then Saturday night at Trenda's I ate wonderful and delicious food that was also not South Beach friendly. It is so easy to eat those foods. So, today for breakfast I ate a spinach and egg white omlette. Lunch will be some krab and greenbeans.
