Sad day for me

Someone stole my precious Samson. I simply can not comprehend why someone would do something that cruel!! Look at this cute face....

I am just holding out hope that someone will find him. My biggest fear is that someone stole him to make him into a fighting pit. Although, what I am told is that those miserable human beings who fight pits don't like the white ones, like my sweet Samson because the white ones are too mild. I don't even understand how anyone could look at a dog like this and think he is mean. Look at this baby!! Please pray that he will be returned to me!

Late!!

This has been my catch up morning. Somehow, my alarm did not go off. I woke up at 7:15....guess what, I have to be at work by 7:30. I immediately went into panic mode. Somehow, I made it to school by 7:45, but ugh! What a way to start the day. But, I am having a frustrating day. I am trying to give my students an assessment and I have one student who is preventing this. But I am getting help, so yippee!! Tomorrow will be much better!!

Friday!

Last night, I went the the final Summer's Fifth Night with Mom, Dad, Beth, Scott, Kim and LeVada(I hope I spelled her name right). We sat outside at Stonehorse and enjoyed some delicious food.
I am excited about this weekend, especially about the wine and cheese! I love some good wine and cheese.
I got a quote to fix my fence yesterday. To do the fence, rehang my gate and put up a latch, it will cost me $850. Not sure if that is good or not. Monday, my living room is going to get painted!! Yipee!!! I can't wait!! Then I can hang the pictures I have and my big clock!!
My hair gets cut today and I can't wait!! I am so ready and I was super excited to get to change my appoinment. You may remember that I had an appointment scheduled for September 10th, but I was able(thankfully!!) to change it to today! So, double yipee!!
It is a three day weekend!!

Shopping

Last night, I shopped for things for the house. I went on a hunt for floor runners for the hall and an area rug for the dining room. I think I need some help, so Beth, if you are reading this, please help me! I did find some great pictures to hang up in the dining room. I have fence people coming on Thursday to give me an estimate to fix the fence and hopefully, the living room will begin to be painted next week.
I am excited about the coming weekend, especially hosting the wine and cheese event. That is right up my ally.
Last night was good and there was no pee this morning!!

Scooter Trouble

So, I am pretty upset this morning. I got up with the intention of riding my scooter to work, I had my helmet on and everything. Then, I couldn't get the silly thing started. I fiddled with it for about 20 minutes before I finally gave up and drove the car to work. I was so excited. I love my scooter and wanted to take advantage of the sunny morning to ride it. My neighbor said he would help me with it this evening, so hopefully, I will be able to ride it tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed. My head got so sweaty in my darn helmet while I was trying to kick start my scooter that my hair was drenched. Needless to say, my hair will be in a pony tail most of the day today.
Speaking of hair, I have an appointment to get my hair cut on the 10th of September and I am considering going very short. Kind of one of those short in the back but longer around the face. I have been contemplating this for some time and have put my whole heart into this decision.....unless I change my mind...ugh!! I hate making hair decisions.
I think I have decided to take the last of my money for my house and fix some of the big things, like the fence, the garage door and the get the bathroom tiled. Everything else is just little things. My living room is getting painted next week and I am super duper excited about that!!
Oh, Samson peed in the bed last night...what is that about?!? Makes me insane!!

Water Bills

I am having issues with my water bill. When I turned on the water at my house, I had to go in person and get my water turned on because someone had illegally used the water at my new house and I had prove my ownership or I would have had to pay all the back water bills. Anyway, when I went down in person I set up to have my water turned off on June 27. The problem is I keep getting bills for the old house, so I called the water department and they are investigating for me.
I got a scooter and I haven't been able to ride it to school because of all the rain. Hopefully next week I can ride it to work.
